Frequently Asked Questions

To keep things simple for the both of us, we’ll kick everything off over email. You can reach out to me directly or by using the contact form on the site.

Afterward, I’ll send you a questionnaire to learn a little about you, your business, your content needs, and what you hope to achieve.

After we hash out the details, you’ll receive a quote for the project. From there, I’ll draft up an outline for the content. And once it has your stamp of approval, I’ll get to work!

Turnaround time is typically 3-7 days, but it can vary depending on project size.

One round of revisions is included for every project, 100% free.

In some cases, you might realize you want to make a substantial change from the original outline, or add something after the project is finished. That’s totally okay! However, these changes are different than typical revisions, and may result in a price increase.

In our initial questionnaire, I’ll ask for information about your business, your target audience, and what sets your brand apart from others in your niche. Understanding what you bring to the table helps me craft content centered around the value that you bring to your customers.

Aside from that, I’ll need:

  • Your topic(s)
  • What type of content you’re seeking (eBook, blog post, web content, etc.)
  • The approximate length
  • Keywords (if focusing on SEO)
  • Important points you want to cover
  • Any other information that can help us make this project a success

Absolutely — I’d love to help you brainstorm ideas for keywords and content strategy. It’s important to note that strategizing content takes additional time, and it may affect the price of your project.
